We are experts at working with people in small groups with varying abilities, health conditions, and fitness levels. This means you can have individual attention and therefore maximum benefit. Our groups are very warm and friendly and we guarantee you'll have some fun too!

I was quite sceptical about how an 'exercise' that didn't involve jumping up and down and sweating could be a benefit, but I wanted to try something new and a bit different.
